Transportation

Door-to-door Service

Our transport fleet consists of Amity branded luxury vehicles like Mercedes V-Class buses, Mercedes E-Class and/or Tesla Limousines allowing a maximum number of 8 students per vehicle. As the safety and well-being of our students are our main priority, all drivers have gone through a thorough safeguarding screening. As a result, we only employ licensed, screened and well-trained drivers.

Zones and costs

For Academic Year 2024-2025, we will be able to provide high-quality daily transport for families living in zones A, B, C and X as indicated on the map below*. The costs depend on the zone that you live in. If you decide to join later in the year, the fees will be invoiced on a pro-rata basis.

Zone A - EUR 6.037,50 including VAT per academic year.
Zone B - EUR 7.087,50 including VAT per academic year.
Zone C - individualised offer. Please contact our Operations Team for more information.

Please note that the cost for CCA and ASPC transport is not calculated in this price!

Pick up and Drop off times

Through a state-of-the-art track and trace system we will be able to gain real-time data on the location of the vehicles at all times. The maximum driving time per one-way trip from door to door will be 45 minutes including waiting time.

Morning drop off time at school:

Middle Years/Diploma Programme: Before 8:05 AM
Early Years/Primary Years Before 08:30 AM

Afternoon pick up time (right after the last class):

Early Years/Primary Years: at 3:00 PM
- Friday - Early Years/Primary Years at 12:30 PM
Middle Years/Diploma Programme: at 3:30 PM
- Friday - Middle Years/Diploma Programme at 01:05 PM

*The fixed rate is applicable to all addresses up to a maximum driving distance of 15km from the school. If your address is outside this radius or on the border, please contact us to get a specific quote for our door to door transport service. No rights can be derived from this picture in any way.

CCA Transportation

It is now possible to book door to door transport service at a fixed rate for after our Co-Curricular Activities that take place from Monday until Thursday.

Departure:
Early Years and Primary Years - 04:05 PM (CCA ends at 3.55 PM).
Middle Years and Diploma Programme - 04:40 PM (CCA ends at 04:30 PM).
Maximum driving time: we strive to offer a maximum driving time of 50 minutes from school to your home address.
Number of students: minimum of 3 and maximum of 7 students per region as illustrated in the image below. If there are less than 3 students subscribed for your region, your child will drive home on the route of another region, which might extend the driving time.
Price: € 18,50 for students who only use CCA transportation, € 12,50 for students who use the daily transportation services. Pricing is incl. VAT and per ride. Invoices will be send termly.
