Amstel International Music School Announces Partnership with Amity International School and Unveils Exclusive Perzina Anniversary Grand Piano
Amstel International Music School is proud to announce a new partnership with Amity International School Amsterdam, bringing high-quality instrumental and singing lessons to students on the Amity campus. This collaboration aims to enrich the school’s artistic and cultural offerings while supporting the musical development of its students.
To mark the beginning of this partnership, Amstel International Music School has placed a remarkable Perzina Grand Piano (187 cm) at Amity Amsterdam. This exceptional instrument was created for the Perzina Anniversary edition, with only ten pianos of this kind produced worldwide, making it a rare and prestigious addition to the school’s music facilities.
Perzina pianos are internationally renowned for their craftsmanship and exceptional quality. This instrument carries the ESQ (European Standard Quality) hallmark, which guarantees that approximately 90% of the materials used originate from Germany and other European countries, including England, France, and Austria.

The Perzina Anniversary Grand Piano features several premium design and construction elements, including:
- Solid brass hinges
- A unique floating soundboard
- Swiss top-quality lacquers
- Solid maple rast construction
- Special old-style finishes with open wood, giving the instrument a distinctive and elegant character
By introducing such a distinguished instrument into the learning environment, Amstel International Music School and Amity International School Amsterdam reaffirm their shared commitment to providing students with exceptional opportunities in music education.
Mr Adrian Frost, Principal at Amity Amsterdam, shares: “We are delighted to be working with Amstel International Music School in bringing world-class music education to our students. Performing arts sit at the heart of every Amity International School — not only as a source of personal life-long happiness, but as a means of developing the transferable skills that help our pupils thrive academically, personally, and professionally after they leave us."

At Amity Amsterdam, we are committed to inspiring excellence, and the arrival of this extraordinary Grand Piano has done exactly that. I am genuinely pleased each day to hear our students playing together on such a fine instrument; it is only fitting that it takes pride of place in our atrium, which provides a wonderful natural concert space for our whole community to enjoy.”
“I am very happy to have found an appropriate school environment where instrumental and singing lessons are taken seriously as an essential part of the integrated knowledge a child should develop in order to build authentic self-awareness,” said Claudia Atanasoae, founder of Amstel International Music School. “This partnership reflects a shared vision that values music not only as a skill, but as an important element in a child’s personal and artistic development. None of this would have been possible without Vicky Mateescu’s enthusiasm for developing new activities within the school community, and without Adrian Frost’s structured and integrated approach to instrumental and vocal music education as part of Amity International School’s broader educational vision.”
This partnership will enable students to develop their musical skills through professional instruction while practicing and performing on a world-class instrument.
